Re-skim / Re-skimming
Often when stripping wall paper, replacing wall tiles during redecorating people find the walls or ceiling behind are often cracked, damaged, feature loose plaster, are damp or uneven etc, Having a re-skim done in your property will ensure that the décor you are introducing is best achieved by having flat, smooth walls and ceilings with nice crisp edges. This will provide a more satisfying and problem-free living space and help increase the selling or renting value of the property.
After we have re-vamped your property by plastering to the highest standards, you will need to wait 1-2 weeks for the plaster to completely dry out, after which it will be ready to be painted with a watered-down coat of paint. This is important because the fresh plaster will absorb all of the moisture from the paint & will cause it to crack.
Prices – range from €150 – €650 per room. The price depends on the size of the room and how much preparation is required before plastering.

Pat was lovely to deal with, prompt reply, he came to view the property, gave tips and advice, no job was too big. His colleague Danny carried out the work with great care and attention to detail. It's a brilliant finish. It wasn't an easy job but Danny had a really positive mindset and did trojan work. All rooms were left in a clean state. The work was finished ahead of schedule which was an extra bonus! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Danny & Pat. Great job.
